RPKeySender.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". This could cause an even larger issue than the error you are getting from this file! Most virus scanners will protect your machine from basic threats. An example would be "svchost.exe" - which doesn't appear in either under normal conditions but does via CTRL+ALT+DEL.
