Help2. It has a toolbar for Outlook and Thunderbird that syncs with Outlook, Gmail and Calendar, Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, AOL. We all wish we could use Google Cal at work but MS have the majority of companies firmly under their control.... But, of course, I like your option better, as the security risks would be just with Google Calendar and not any macro inside of Outlook.
