Personally, I think the easiest way to fix this is to just delete your profile and start from scratch. But the downgrade is not without problems. In the View tab, select Show hidden, files folder and drives under Hidden files and folders. Sign in to report inappropriate content.

I also looked in several other places that were suggested in other post but no User Data so I just went to Google Chromes settings and created a new user and Worked like a charm! Loading... I sensed it before I tried the recommended fix, but knew no other way to fix the error message (which was more annoying).
