I somebody has a more permanent solution, please post is here. I took the whole casing except the bottom off. This should take care of the printing problems…if not, then you may actually need a new printer. I accidentally knocked this out and had to find a hole where it goes back in. I would like to update this with an additional note to explain the hook on the right-hand side.
